30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be unopened
- Products must be in their original packaging
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@uniqehealth.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@uniqehealth.com. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements.
